The Project

The project entailed designing an integrated system using Salesforce as the primary CRM and lead lifecycle management tool. This included merging Salesforce with custom .NET applications, SharePoint for document management and collaboration, and the US Small Business Administration (SBA) through their API. The system also incorporated extensive underwriting, approval, and loan disbursement flows.
