The Project

The project involved the implementation of a Salesforce CRM solution to meet the specific needs of the client. AllianceTek was engaged to provide comprehensive Salesforce implementation services, including administration, standard setup, multi-lingual capabilities, data import, custom development, third party integrations, salesforce mobile app configuration, and deployment support. The goal was to create an efficient, user-friendly CRM environment that supports the client's operations across multiple regions and languages.

    Multi-Lingual Support

    The client operates in various regions such as China and Japan, where language diversity among users is prevalent. This necessitates the implementation of a multi-lingual CRM system.

    Solution

    AllianceTek configured Salesforce to support Chinese and Japanese, ensuring all labels and input fields could display and accept data in these languages. AllianceTek implemented Shadow copy fields were implemented to facilitate global search functionality in multiple languages.

    AllianceTek imported data records provided by the client in CSV format, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

    Solution

    AllianceTek implemented opportunity-level tracking and field-level history tracking to provide detailed insights. Funnel report and standard reporting features including group, summary, sum, and average computations, were configured to meet the client's reporting needs.

    AllianceTek developed a custom Lightning component for Activity History, ensuring it supported the user’s preferred language and met all functional requirements.

    Salesforce Integration with Conga for documentation and NetSuite Oracle for financial data.

    Solution

    AllianceTek facilitated Conga integration, including template creation, queries, buttons, automation, and document generation. Additionally, a two-way integration with NetSuite was established, involving close collaboration with a NetSuite developer.
